Richard Rowley has been appointed managing partner of Auckland-based corporate and commercial law firm Lowndes Associates.

Mr Rowley was previously New Zealand executive director for Phillips Fox and with significant commercial management experience in the electricity, meat processing and broadcasting industries, brings the firm and its clients a wealth of experience. His appointment enables principal Mark Lowndes to focus entirely on clients.
